What are the general conceptions about Texas and Texans? The good and the bad.?

Im from oklahoma, and anytime my grandfather would see a car driving crazy..he would say... "they must be from texas" Or "crazy texas drivers" But after i lived in texas for over a year, I found that its that they drive on highways a lot more often than Oklahoma people..therefore they are better drivers. I came back to oklahoma and thought...WHY IS EVERYONE DRIVING SO SLOW!!! Changed my perception a bit about texas. I did make an observation about texans.. They are really tall and look a lot less inbred than oklahomans.
