Eyelid surgery question?

Is it possible to get eyelid surgery only on one eye, instead of a pair? I'm Asian, my left eye has a normal double eyelid. But my right eyelid is dropping, making me look weird, like i'm having a smaller eye. Ugh.. I've been wearing scotch tape to make them look even for like 9-10 years nonstop, only take it off when i take a shower, but it doesn't change anything. I guess it's because I have too much extra skin on my right eyelid. So i'm thinking of getting a surgery. Is it possible to just get a surgery only on one eyelid? Thank you.
