I am looking to get an annulment in Arizona. HELP!?

I've tried contacting the Courthouse to see what was needed to start this and got no where. The Clerks were not sure what the requirements were nor where to get any forms besides the bookstores. I have heard and read multiple different things about getting one. Can someone please lead me in the right directions so I can get started on this. PLEASE!
