Will carbon monoxide affect a pre employment drug test?

My furnace took a crap over the night and filled the house will a black soot. When I called the plumber he came and said we had to leave the house until the air clears because there is carbon monoxide in the air. We slept in this over night not knowing. My question is I had to go for a pre employment drug test. ( Pee in a cup ). Will this prevent me from ping my drug test? I never did drugs in my life and all this happened at a terrible time.
