My best friend died.?

My best friend died i known her since i was 4 she was struck and killed by a drunk driver. What should i say to her parents whn i go to the viewing. I known them for 11 years. She was only 15 . I dont know what to do. Is it okay to cry at a viewing??? I cant belive this is happening it feels like a nightmare.
