Is it ok to get help for this test?

I am 24 years old and about to go to the hospital. I have been having symptoms of a bladder infection. This will be my second one in a month :( I'm scared. Last month they made me pee in a hat so they could see how much I went. If they make me pee in a hat or a cup again, would it be stupid and childish to have my husband, mom or sister help? I am petrified of the cup and I don't want to touch it. Would it be ok for one of them to hold it maybe? Like my husband mom or sister?
