Why are people so upset about Obama's visit to Iraq being a positive one?

Where do you get positive? He met the prime minister, Obama didn't (and couldn't) talk about removing troops in 16 months, because the Prime Minster doesn't agree with a time table. He didn't venture out and actually meet the troops, hopefully he will meet one of the generals to get a understanding of what actually is going on there and how the efforts are not as horrible as he thinks they are.
