I don't know what to do or say to her?

ok so i live with my cousins most of the time, lily is 24, logan is 26 they're married and have a little girl, lindsey who is 4 turning 5 in a couple of weeks. so yesterday i asked lily if i could go out with some friends she said no and so did logan but i snuck out anyway. then when i got home at like 3 AM. lily and logan were both really pissed off at me and when they were lecturing me i gave them a big attitude and started mouthing off to them and called lily a mother f***** they said that they had to discuss my punishments before they talked to me again. how do you think they will punish me? how would you punish me? what can i say to apologize to them? what should i do if they decide to me? please help!!!
