Help with one year old's winnie the pooh cake?

I'm ordering a half of a sheet cake. I'm not sure what to have them do with it without getting charged big bucks. I can't have them add pics or any little edible figures. I bought little winnie the pooh figures to put on top. Theres pooh, tigger, piglet, and eeyore. I also bought a #1 candle. My question is does anyone have any ideas on what I can have them do as far as decorating with the icing so it will go along with the pooh theme? I'm not used to ordering cakes, I usually make my own. But this is a bigger cake and I am not going to try to attempt that. I know this isn't probably in the right section...but I didn't know what to put it in.
