Did I have a miscarriage?

Last month, I was positive i was pregnant. I had a missed period, I had a positive home pregnancy test, and I had to go to the bathroom constantly. I also had some signs like tender , swollen , and lack of energy. Even my appetite increased a little. In the last week of may I noticed some pinkish brownish discharge. It lasted for a couple of days and disappeared. Then just yesterday i noticed some more brownish discharge. This was followed by bleeding and then later on that night I realized I was having a full blown period. I noticed that my constant urination has almost stopped completely along with some other symptoms. If it wasnt for the positive pregnancy test I would think I just missed a period. But due to the fact that my body works like clockwork and I never miss periods I am pretty sure I am/was pregnant. If I go to a doctor would they be able to tell me if I am having a miscarriage? Based on your experience does this sound like a miscarriage?
