Bleeding at 11 an a half weeks?

hi i been bleeding since thursday im 11 an a half weeks with my 2nd baby i phoned my midwife who told me to ring the doc i went to doc who basically is an idiot and told me to chill out, the next day i went an saw another doc who explained so much to me that he thought i was having a threatened miscarriage etc he asked wot i did 4 work and sighned me off for 2 weeks. my first pregnancy i bled from 5 weeks til 14 or 15 so was used to it. The thing is i have no pain just bleeding an i have a physical job and i found out tuesday that my 4 year old was being bullied at school which is sorted now. lots of people say other things it could be such as stress change in hormones over doing it would my period be due now if i was not preg etc. i may be selfish i dont want to loose my baby but if something is wrong will it just sort itself out im ment to have my scan on thursday. god this is pooh
